Ajinkya Rahane was born in Ashwi Khurd village near Ahmednagar in Maharashtra, India. His parents Madhukar Baburao Rahane and Sujata Rahane supported his passion for cricket from a very young childhood stage. While he was just seven years old his father enrolled him in a small cricket coaching camp.
Since there is no more proper cricket facilities in his hometown and he used to travel long distances to practice. His dedicated skill and hard work helped him develop to improve strong batting techniques early in his life.

Ajinkya Rahane Early Stage :
Rahane started his cricket journey through Mumbai’s domestic cricket and he played for Mumbai in the Ranji Trophy and quickly gained attention with consistent performances.
