Indian famous off-spin bowler Ravichandran Ashwin announced his retirement from international cricket on Wednesday, while playing against Australia in Brisbane.
Ashwin played only one match of the ongoing test series in Australia, he taking 1 for 53 in the day-night fixture in Adelaide.
In the early stages of his Test career, R Ashwin made a remarkable impact by securing nine five-wicket hauls in his first 16 matches.
He has a member of victorious squad in the 2011 World Cup, he has limited opportunities with Harbhajan Singh.

Ashwin’s one of peak time as 2016-17 home series, where he was a cornerstone of India’s bowling attack. He exposed his magic and dismantled New Zealand with 27 wickets in the three-Test series
His cricket life brings as 537 test wickets and currently he is seventh in the all-time list. He has 37 five-wicket hauls and 3503 runs with six hundreds in Tests.
