Novak Djokovic is making a return to the BNP Paribas Open for the first time in five years as he seeks a record sixth title in the Southern California desert.
The World No.1 player Novak Djokovic, last participated in the Indian Wells Open in 2019, experiencing a third-round defeat.
Djokovic skipped the last four years of competition here due to his non-vaccination against COVID-19. The U.S. mandated vaccination for noncitizen visitors until last spring.
Djokovic won the BNP Paribas Open title winners in 2008, 2011, 2014, 2015 and 2016.

In this 2024 Indian Wells Open Tennis tournament combined ATP and WTA tours which is starts on March 3-17.

WTA top ranked players also participated which is include Coco Gauff, Jessica Pegula, Qinwen Zheng, Naomi Osaka, Maria Sakkari, Ons Jabeur, Marketa Vondrousova and Karolina Muchova.
